    Title [en]: Name of resource in english (MAX=150)
    Description [en]: Description of resource in english (MAX=1000)
    Title [ru]: Name of resource in russian or in byelorussian language (MAX=150)
    Description [ru]: Description of resource in russian or in byelorussian language. (MAX=1000)
    Url: Resource address. Your resource homepage address.
    Url copies: Insert in these fields all synonyms of your server, and all pages in which will be placed a counter.

    Use these field if You use
        - redirect (for ex. êàê www.come.to)
        - frames (frame address, with counter)
        - method of division of page encodings on URI


    3)Choice of categories, to which Your resource can be referred
